Adult Day Services
This program is health care for any person over the age of 55 who cannot, should not, or simply does not want to be at home alone during the day. The individual could be at risk for falls, doesn’t receive the proper nutrition alone during the day or simply needs companionship while family is working. This program can also be used as a form of respite for caregivers looking to take a day for themselves and desire somewhere safe and comfortable for their loved one to go.
Adult Foster Care
Julia’s Place is also a wonderful alternative for long term care living for your aging loved one. Adults living here are unable to live at home alone due to an impairment or diagnosis that requires 24 hour care. The people we serve will receive food, lodging, supervision, household services, personal care, support and medication assistance 24 hours a day seven days a week, all in a family setting. The home is located in a beautiful residential setting in Hancock, MN.
Transportation
Julia’s Place realizes how important it is to get around! Whether you have a medical or dental appointment, need groceries or just want to go to lunch with your friends, we can assist you with that. We are a licensed specialized transportation service with wheelchair capability that will pick you up right from your door. We will help you out to our vehicle and get you on your way!
